These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bet Bigger website, platform, tools, content, and any skill-based contests, challenges, or features offered (together, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or participating in any contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Contest Rules.

1. Nature of the Platform (Important)
1. Bet Bigger provides skill-based sports picking challenges designed to reward users based on skill, knowledge, and decision-making.
2. Bet Bigger is not a casino, sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator.
3. No real-money betting or wagering takes place on the Platform.
4. Contests operate using virtual points or credits that simulate theoretical outcomes based on real-world sports data and/or odds from third-party sources.
5. Participation is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
6. Rewards are not guaranteed, and past performance does not indicate future results.

2. Eligibility & Availability
1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (if higher).
2. The Platform is available worldwide only where lawful and is void where prohibited.
3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is legal in your location.
4. Bet Bigger may restrict or block access from certain countries, states, or territories at its discretion.

3. Geolocation, VPNs & Access Controls
1. Bet Bigger may use geolocation, IP analysis, device data, and third-party tools to verify user location.
2. You must not use VPNs, proxies, IP-masking tools, GPS spoofing, or any method designed to conceal or manipulate your true location.
3. Any attempt to bypass location controls is a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Voiding of contest entries
• Withholding or reversal of rewards (to the extent permitted by law)

4. Accounts & Security
1. You may hold only one account on the Platform.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
4. You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow others to use your account.

5. Contest Rules
1. Each contest is governed by specific Contest Rules, which form part of these Terms.
2. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable Contest Rules before participating.
3. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Contest Rules, the Contest Rules will prevail for that contest.

6. Purchases, Fees & Refunds
1. Some contests or features may require payment of an access or participation fee.
2. All purchases are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or fees associated with your participation or rewards.

7. Phase-Based Challenges & Reward Caps
1. Certain contests may operate in multiple phases (for example, Phase 1, Phase 2, and final or funded phases).
2. Progression, scoring, verification, and eligibility requirements for each phase are defined in the Contest Rules.
3. Reward Cap:
Where stated at checkout or in the Contest Rules, the total rewards payable from a purchased phase-based challenge will not exceed the starting value of that challenge.
Example (illustrative only):
If a challenge has a starting value of $10,000, the maximum total rewards payable across all phases of that challenge will not exceed $10,000.
4. Rewards are subject to verification and are not guaranteed.

8. Verification & Payouts
1. Bet Bigger may require identity, age, and location verification before paying rewards.
2. Payouts may be delayed or withheld until verification is completed to our satisfaction.
3. Bet Bigger may refuse or reverse rewards where there is reasonable evidence of:
• Breach of these Terms or Contest Rules
• Location manipulation
• Fraud, abuse, or exploitation of the Platform

9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or assisted tools
• Cheat, collude, or coordinate with other users
• Exploit delays, stale data, known outcomes, or errors
• Attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineering
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

10. Live & Near-Live Contests
1. Some contests may rely on live or near-live data feeds and may be subject to delays or corrections.
2. If Bet Bigger reasonably determines that an entry benefited from latency, known outcomes, stale data, or an obvious error, the entry and any associated rewards may be voided or adjusted.
3. Bet Bigger’s integrity decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

11. Trial / Beta Period (Important)
The Platform is currently offered on a trial or beta basis.
During this period:
1. Features, contests, rules, scoring, rewards, and pricing may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Data inaccuracies, calculation errors, or system issues may occur.
3. Bet Bigger may void or cancel contests or entries to protect platform integrity.
If a contest or feature is voided during the trial period, Bet Bigger’s sole obligation (if any) will be limited to refunding the applicable access fee. No additional compensation, damages, or rewards will be owed, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Responsible Play
Although the Platform is not gambling-based, we encourage responsible participation.
1. Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support@betbigger.com.
2. Spending Limits: You may request voluntary spending limits. Increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
3. Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time. Closure may result in loss of access to active contests as set out in the Contest Rules.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bet Bigger makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
3. Bet Bigger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
4. Bet Bigger’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
